Job OverviewWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and support a team in meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow, coordinating production activities, maintaining compliance with company standards, and developing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ScheduleNight shift: 6:00pm - 6:15am, Every other Thursday and Friday-SundayKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Assign work, provide direction, and support employees throughout the shift.

Train, coach, and develop team members to promote performance and growth.

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Complete and maintain accurate production, shipping, receiving, safety, and sanitation documentation.

Monitor staffing and workflow to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Assist with production tasks when needed to support staffing or workload demands.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the facility.

Ensure employees follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.Enforce company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations.

Collaborate with management to address operational challenges and improve performance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, manufacturing, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous leadership experience with employee training and development.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Team-oriented with a professional and respectful approach to working with others.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or a related production environment is a plus.

Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.

Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment with frequent exposure to cool and wet conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Comfortable working around raw protein products and related production environments.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
