This position is responsible for leading and supporting our foundry employees, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring quality and efficiency goals are met. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, addressing issues as they arise, and working alongside the team to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Supervisor and coordinate daily activities of 2nd shift foundry employees Assign work and ensure employees understand job responsibilities and safety requirements Work closely with maintenance and management to communicate equipment issues and production needs Identify production, equipment, quality or staffing issues and take appropriate action to minimize downtime and maintain workflow. Review and approve employee timecards for payroll processing
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing, foundry, machining, or industrial environment preferred Good verbal and communication skills Basic computer skills Strong leadership skills Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work the assigned 2nd shift schedule To apply, please email your resume to .
