Wiring Supervisor Job Description Lead and manage a shift of employees, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities Lead and manage your assigned shift effectively. Ensure deadlines are consistently met. Maintain high-quality standards in all tasks. Oversee and guide employees on your shift. Implement and uphold safety procedures. Conduct quality inspections and continuous improvements. Essential Skills Proficiency in wire harness and electrical systems. Experience with electrical schematics and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and prints. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience in wiring or control panel work. 2+ years of leadership experience. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
