[ Position ] Press Manager (Stamping Manager) [ Summary ] Responsible for leading the press/stamping department to meet overall safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale goals. This position oversees daily shop floor operations, budget and manpower planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and staff development, while ensuring high performance in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. [ Essential Duties ] ・Lead continuous improvement activities to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous operational efficiency. ・Manage departmental labor, expense, and capital budgets, including calculating monthly and yearly manpower and production load. ・Establish shop floor systems, standards, and training procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure full compliance. ・Provide weekly and monthly status reports on cost, labor, and KPIs with actionable plans to narrow performance gaps. ・Develop and mentor departmental staff while promoting a collaborative, one-team culture across production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
