Job Description

Senior Lead-Production As a Sr. Lead, you will be a key part of our factory's leadership team. You will bring people skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

➢ Meet daily production goals. Adjust the plan appropriately as the requirements may shift from day to day. ➢ Function in a demanding production environment. Ask questions that will help your team succeed. ➢ Motivate and direct others to achieve maximum results.

Qualifications:

➢ High school diploma or GED ➢ Minimum 3 years of factory experience ➢ Experience leading in a manufacturing role: 2 years ➢ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Reports to:
