Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure high performance and professional development
- Ensure Engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and reliably
- Estimates required hours on work order tasks, total work duration and skills required to perform the task.
- Conducts field walk-downs to identify and document job requirements
- Creation of PM's, schedules, calendars, and routes
- Participates in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, execution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all Engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve equipment failures
- Manage relevant budgets, including forecasting and controlling expenditures
- Work closely with other departments to support overall plant operations and objectives

Possible training overseas for up to 2 months or as needed. Knowledge and Skills- Strong leadership skills
