May train new machinists, develop training, work and safety procedures for the shop.

Lead an HVAC crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently Read plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower Work hands-on with your crew to install, troubleshoot, and complete HVAC systems Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentationWHAT YOU BRING
Strong HVAC experience and knowledge of the trade Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot HVAC systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right Required HVAC licenses/certifications as applicableWhat Williams Offers:
