Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Job Summary We are seeking a experienced and self motivated Production Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing processes within our facility. This involves overseeing daily production activities, managing multiple work stations with efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and enforce strict QC by checking employees products during assembly and packaging on the warehouse floor before items are boxed for shipping, contribute to the success of a fast-paced manufacturing environment! Duties Experience in managing hourly employees, hiring and firing, scheduling shifts, and keeping a positive crew during repetitive tasks. Manage plant operations as a "
WORKING MANAGER
" who leads from the floor working along side employees as needed, not from an office. Strong attention to detail, able to multi task, and must have strong team leadership to maximize daily output. management systems, and promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Manage inventory levels. Should be skilled in coordinating with shipping carriers such as
UPS, USPS, FED
EX, DHL... Cross training employees so everyone knows how to handle and complete assembly, packaging, and shipping. Experience Computer knowledge is a must...Strong understanding of file types

Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a focus on operations management and plant leadership. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and assembly processes is highly desirable. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
