Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Job Summary We are seeking a experienced and self motivated Production Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing processes within our facility. This involves overseeing daily production activities, managing multiple work stations with efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and enforce strict QC by checking employees products during assembly and packaging on the warehouse floor before items are boxed for shipping, contribute to the success of a fast-paced manufacturing environment! Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a focus on operations management and plant leadership. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and assembly processes is highly desirable. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
