HVAC / Manufacturing Pay & Schedule Options We are currently hiring Production Supervisors for two shifts : 1st Shift 5:30 AM

• 2:30 PM $30.00/hour Overtime may include up to 2 additional hours per shift and some Saturdays or Sundays based on business needs. 3rd Shift 9:30 PM
• 6:15 AM $32.

00/hour Overtime may be required daily or on weekends. New hires may be required to train on 1st shift for approximately two weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and frontline production teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. This position is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while ensuring production commitments are met. The Production Supervisor will lead assembly operations, allocate labor, develop team members, enforce standard work, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong frontline leader with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills who can effectively balance production requirements, employee development, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Promote and maintain a zero-incident safety culture. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with EHS requirements. Conduct daily safety and 5S walks, identify hazards, and implement immediate countermeasures. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Coach employees on safe work practices and hold teams accountable for safety standards. Production & Operations Lead multiple assembly lines to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Manage labor allocation to meet production requirements and takt time. Adjust staffing and resources based on product mix and production demands. Identify, escalate, and remove constraints affecting production throughput. Ensure effective shift handoffs and clear communication of priorities. Monitor production performance and maintain accurate production reporting. Lead daily tier meetings and ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved. Quality Ensure compliance with standard work and established quality processes. Drive containment and resolution of quality issues. Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to address defects. Lead root-cause problem-solving using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis. Support layered process audits and ensure findings are addressed. Promote accountability for first-pass yield, defect reduction, and overall product quality. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve labor efficiency, throughput, and production flow. Support and lead Kaizen events and daily continuous improvement activities. Maintain and improve 5S standards throughout assigned areas. Partner with Industrial Engineering to improve line balancing and standard work. Support process changes, equipment ramp-ups, and new product introductions. Team Leadership & Development Directly lead and develop hourly production operators and team leads. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback. Conduct performance management activities as required. Develop team capabilities through training, cross-training, and skills development. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and ownership. Promote effective communication across shifts and departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other support teams to resolve operational issues. Ensure material availability and escalate shortages that may impact production. Support new product introductions and changes to manufacturing processes. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure production objectives are met. Key Performance Metrics The Production Supervisor will help drive performance across key operational metrics, including: Safety and incident prevention Quality and first-pass yield (FPY) Defect reduction Production attainment and delivery Labor efficiency Throughput and production flow 5S and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications: Option 1 Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership. Option 2 High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, including: Standard Work 5S Kaizen Visual Management Experience leading frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. Familiarity with HVAC manufacturing processes. Knowledge of brazing, leak testing, electrical systems, and final test processes. Experience using MES systems and production tracking tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication, coaching, and team-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
