  • 7:00 AM Join Our Team We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Business Process Support (BPS) professional to provide leadership and operational support within our manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for supporting production teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, coaching team members, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with manufacturing experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced production setting. What You'll Do Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures. Support manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. Train, mentor, and coach team members on processes, safety requirements, and best practices. Coordinate daily production activities and assign finishing and inspection responsibilities. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with work instructions and quality requirements. Conduct and support in-process and final product inspections. Assist with preventive maintenance coordination and process improvements. Facilitate effective shift handoff meetings. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Manage inventory of production tools, equipment, and consumables. Coordinate staffing coverage for absences and vacations. Support employee training and development efforts. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Work Environment Manufacturing setting with temperature variations 3rd shift
