Their Metal Shop plays a key role in keeping projects moving, and they're looking for a dependable, hands-on Shop Foreman to join the team. A Day in the
Life:
Review, program, and fabricate all metal orders to meet quality and production standards Maintain organization and functionality of on-site materials and inventory in the Metal Shop Submit costing sheets for the Project Management team Prioritize and organize production of orders based on the best interest of the company Troubleshoot and problem-solve to keep production running smoothly Assist coworkers across the Main Office, Metal Shop, and Warehouse as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and property, including general yard work and upkeep Communicate clearly and professionally with Team Members and customers, and help hold others accountable to company standards You will benefit from ongoing on-the-job training and the chance to grow with a company that puts its people first and takes pride in doing things properly.
Key Requirements:
Experience in metal shop fabrication or a similar hands-on production role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A reliable, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed Comfortable following and enforcing company rules, safety standards, and quality procedures If you want to know more and feel you match the above, then apply today!
