Construction Leader Liberty, NC Salary:
$25 an hour Day Shift | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Group Leader to lead a critical process cleaning team within a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, quality, customer service, and daily operations . The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and team builder who can work alongside employees to identify safer, easier, and more efficient ways to complete tasks. Key Responsibilities This will be an outdoor position, and you must be comfortable working in all environments. Must be comfortable with Heights Lead and supervise a team in a manufacturing environment. Manage daily safety, quality, and production activities. Build strong relationships with employees and customers. Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. Delegate tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Provide timely solutions to team and customer needs. Qualifications At least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, facility maintenance/management, retail, or food service/restaurant operations. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proven ability to build and lead teams. Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience preferred. Automotive paint shop, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
