Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$32

This role includes hands-on work, leadership, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Qualifications & Responsibilities Foreman (10+ Years Experience Required) Minimum 10 years of experience in the sheet metal/HVAC field Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&ID schematics Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal systems for commercial HVAC applications Coordinate and schedule subcontractors on-site Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction at every stage Build strong relationships with crews, clients, and vendors Supervise apprentices, mechanics, lead mechanics, and journeymen Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Must own basic hand tools required for the trade Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass a post-offer drug screen and required background checks (DMV, criminal history, etc.) Skills & Abilities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Safe and effective use of tools and equipment Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Strong communication skills in both individual and team environments Ability to remain professional and adaptable in changing conditions Physical Demands & Work Environment This role requires frequent physical activity, including: Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Lifting up to 50 pounds Working in varying weather and job site conditions Operating tools and equipment safely Travel in company vehicles, potentially 2+ hours Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
