$60,000 - $80,000 Base (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Milling Foreman to oversee asphalt milling operations on roadway and commercial paving projects throughout North Carolina and its surrounding region. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating equipment and logistics, and ensuring safe, high-production execution in a fast-paced environment.
