Senior Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift $25-$30/hr | Multi-Department Manufacturing Leadership WorkForce Unlimited is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing team supporting an industry-leading manufacturing operation. We are seeking a proven, hands-on leader with direct experience overseeing multiple departments within a large, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership in safety, employee accountability, coaching, quality assurance, process improvement, and day-to-day operations.
Pay:
$25.00-$27.00/hour, based on experience
Shift:
2nd Shift | 3:00 PM-12:00
AM Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Weekend availability as needed
Overtime:

Full-Time | Long-Term | Benefits Available What You'll Lead Oversee multiple departments and production areas during second shift Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and performance Maintain a strong, visible presence on the manufacturing floor Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily production priorities Drive safety compliance, quality standards, and operational performance Monitor production goals and KPIs and address performance gaps Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization Communicate effectively across departments, shifts, and management What We're Looking For Direct experience overseeing multiple departments in a large manufacturing environment is crucial for this role. Proven Manufacturing, Production, or Operations Supervisory experience Experience leading multiple departments, teams, or operational areas Strong background in safety leadership and employee accountability Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage employee performance Experience with Quality Assurance and production standards Knowledge of continuous improvement and process improvement Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Comfortable leading from the floor in a fast-paced, high-volume operation Reliable, accountable, and able to work required overtime/weekends Ready for Your Next Leadership Opportunity?
