Job Description

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for controlling and supervising the overall production activities in responsible sections. The responsibilities cover; safety of work environment at floor, 5S activities, production scheduling, production efficiency, equipment maintenance, personnel management, training, document issue, cost management, quality and coordination with other departments.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and supervise the entire production activities in the responsible sections Monitor production schedule and ensure the production is on schedule by making arrangement if necessary Maintain proper OEE to meets its goal by analyzing the trouble and implementing established countermeasures Coordinate with Maintenance TL to perform PM on schedule to prevent production line stops Responsible for departmental personnel management (hiring, attendance, efficient laborer distribution, training) Work with QC dept. to determine and analyze the root cause of troubles and establish countermeasures Create required documents and inform related associates about their purpose /methods of use. Responsible for cost management by checking the actual expense against the budget for cost savings Assure in-process product quality Act as a liaison with other departments for coordination and arrangement EDUCATION and
QUALIFICATION
AS or Bachelor's Degree preferred Computer skill with Microsoft Program (Excel proficient) Communication skill, Supervisory skill Summary In the role of Production Assistant Manager, you will oversee production planning and manage daily operations within a manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and precision measuring skills to ensure quality control and efficient workflow. Your experience in supervising teams and strong communication skills will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment. With an emphasis on computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, you will contribute to the optimization of production processes and the achievement of organizational goals.
