MUST HAVE FOREMAN EXPERIECE
We are seeking someone willing to keep the grounds of the sand plant up to par, working as quality control and maintenance, along with helping the others in the mine Advises the daily activities of employees working in the plant. Embrace the Company's safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams. Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies Ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency Effectively coordinate daily plant operations and staff to ensure safety, regulatory, and production targets are met Actively support and lead Company initiatives related to safety and employee development Assist with training, coaching and development of employees to perform at their highest level Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and Company business groups Communicate and schedule maintenance as needed Coordinate scheduling of plant equipment maintenance Order and maintain inventory of spare parts supply. Safely operate company equipment, tooling, and vehicles, etc. Skills 2+ years' experience digging sand in wet conditions 2+ years' experience track hoe, dozer, and front-end loaders Operates various equipment for general site preparation. Hours Monday- Friday 6:55am-5pm
