The EPS 4 Production Supervisor will bring sharp operational insight, a passion for developing people, and the drive to take our department to the next level. The EPS 4 Production Supervisor leads daily operations within the EPS manufacturing area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role also oversees team performance, coordinates workflow, supports equipment reliability, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday; 7am - 5:30pm Key Responsibilities

Production Operations & Workflow Management Lead daily EPS production activities and ensure output meets safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Assign and coordinate work to maintain balanced workflow across all production lines.

Monitor production performance and adjust priorities to address bottlenecks or delays.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct routine safety checks.

Verify product quality and respond quickly to deviations or defects.

Maintain accurate production records including shift reports, downtime logs, and KPI data.

Support equipment reliability by communicating issues promptly and coordinating with Maintenance.

Ensure adherence to standard work and operational procedures People Leadership & Team Development Provide daily leadership to production team members to maintain engagement and accountability.

Deliver coaching and feedback to support skill development and performance improvement.

Train team members on equipment operation, safety practices, and production processes.

Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Manage attendance, performance, and conduct in alignment with company policies. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to support equipment uptime and process improvements.

Coordinate with Quality to resolve product or process issues.

Communicate production status clearly during shift handoffs and team meetings.

Support material flow by collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure adequate inventory.

Participate in planning meetings to align goals, priorities, and improvement initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Support Lean and 5S initiatives to strengthen workplace organization and efficiency.

Recommend process adjustments to reduce waste and improve throughput.

Ensure accurate documentation for work instructions, procedures, and training materials.

Contribute to long‑term operational planning through data‑driven insights.

Performs other duties and assigned special projects. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED.

3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or lead-operator responsibilities.

Strong understanding of production workflows, safety practices, and quality standards.

Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP/production systems.

Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work instructions, and basic technical documentation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible hours as required. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical training.

Background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.

Understanding of basic mechanical troubleshooting.

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing more than 45 lbs. using team lifting procedures.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift).
  • Ability to safely move throughout the manufacturing floor.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs and/or ladders as required for job tasks.
  • Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers for handling materials, writing, and computer work.
  • Frequent use of computers, keyboards, tablets, scanners, or handheld devices.
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment.
