Description:

The Production Supervisor is a high-level position involved in leading a team to plan and execute the Manufacturing and Maintenance and Repair and Overhaul (MRO) functions at the facility to maintain the high level of quality and deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute manufacturing and MRO plans Ensure producibility and manufacturability of components and projects that meet customer requirements, timelines and program costs Identify tooling and equipment necessary to deliver manufacturing and MRO requirements Establish inspection and maintenance schedules for tooling and equipment Assist in the development of ASI's capabilities for manufacturing and/or repair Build an environment focused on quality, health and safety Identify training needs and establish a training program Manage and develop a team of employees

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred 6+ years of experience in the A&D industry 3+ years of experience in a leadership position A&P certification preferred
