. The focus of this position is to maximize our Operations and Quality by holding our staff Accountable for their Performance. To achieve this, you will:

• Review Daily Production Expectations
• Interact with Our Project Managers to meet their Job Site Requirements
• Monitor Product Quality
• Oversee our Purchasing Person
• Hiring and Firing of Prodution Staff
• Interact with Design Engineers to assure Best Design prior to Production Although a background in millwork or woodworking would be nice, People Management, Planning and Organization skills are the primary requirements for this position.

You must have management experience to be considered for this position. This is truly a Management position, you should expect to spend roughly 50% of your time reviewing blueprints, shop drawings, scheduling, checking materials, meetings and other office related management activities. This job requires a Big Picture Mentality and a great deal of interaction with other members of our team, including Project Managers, Production, Purchasing Agent and Design Engineers and they will expect you to be as committed to Excellence as they are. As stated above, we are willing to go outside of our Industry to find the right person with People Management experience, Organizational Skills and most importantly a "Can Do" attitude. Pay Rate will be based on your experience and ability. Relocation assistance and/or temporary housing is a possibility. Arrowood works as a sub contractor primarily for large, sometimes multi billion dollar, commercial construction companies in the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern US.
