A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON
. The focus of this position is to maximize our Operations and Quality by holding our staff Accountable for their Performance. To achieve this, you will:- Review Daily Production Expectations
- Interact with Our Project Managers to meet their Job Site Requirements
- Monitor Product Quality
- Oversee our Purchasing Person
- Hiring and Firing of Prodution Staff
- Interact with Design Engineers to assure Best Design prior to Production Although a background in millwork or woodworking would be nice, People Management, Planning and Organization skills are the primary requirements for this position.
