As our Roxboro operation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Assembly Manager who can lead through other leaders, strengthen team performance, and create a culture where accountability and employee development go hand in hand. This role is responsible for leading Assembly Supervisors, Area Leaders, and production teams while driving safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement. The Work You Will Love Doing As an Assembly Manager, you will provide direction and support across one or more assembly departments or shifts. You will help Supervisors and Area Leaders become stronger leaders, remove obstacles that affect team performance, and make sure employees have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. You will balance daily operational needs with long-term planning, leadership development, staffing, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Where You Will Make an Impact Lead Assembly Supervisors, Area Leaders, and production teams toward safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals Coach and develop frontline leaders through regular feedback, follow-up, and leadership development Build a strong pipeline of future Supervisors, Area Leaders, Trainers, and Team Leads Review operational performance and use data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities Create action plans when safety, quality, staffing, attendance, or production results are not meeting expectations Promote consistent leadership practices across departments and shifts Partner with Human Resources on staffing, employee relations, performance management, attendance, and leadership development Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to remove barriers and improve performance Support workforce planning, labor needs, scheduling, and overtime requirements Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement Ensure company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and operating standards are followed consistently Build a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and accountable for their work What You Bring You are an experienced manufacturing leader who understands how to lead through other leaders. You know how to balance people development with operational results, and you understand that the way leaders communicate, coach, and respond to challenges directly affects the success of the team. You lead with integrity, consistency, and respect. You are comfortable making difficult decisions, addressing performance concerns, and helping leaders grow through feedback and accountability.

Successful candidates will bring:

11:00 PM to 7:00 AM This leadership role requires flexibility beyond scheduled shift hours. Managers are expected to support shift startup activities, shift handoffs, leadership communication, employee needs, and changing operational priorities.
