Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization Strong interpersonal skills Self-directed and task-oriented Willing to work overtime as required Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as

Excel, Word and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:

4 year Degree in related field 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth 10+ years of work experience in a high speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment Familiarity with electronics and electronic components 6-Sigma certification Familiarity with SAP and L2

L Duties & Responsibilites:

Meeting KPI targets, Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications Presenting results and countermeasures Leading cross functional teams in weekly meetings Budgeting Meeting customer expectations Lead continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions
