Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and oversee daily production operations within our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage a department, ensure safety standards are maintained, and drive process improvements to optimize efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high-quality output, adhering to safety protocols, and fostering a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and possesses strong mechanical and technical skills to manage complex manufacturing processes effectively. Duties Supervise and manage manufacturing team on the production floor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to meet production targets Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements; conduct regular safety training Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and work instructions to guide team members accurately Utilize measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to facilitate assembly, material handling, and equipment maintenance Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy lifting, manual handling, and mechanical assembly activities Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with hands-on knowledge of factory operations Demonstrated ability managing production teams in a fast-paced setting Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity of interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments Experience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and manual handling equipment safely and effectively Background in manufacturing management preferred Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including safety protocol adherence during heavy lifting and machinery use Join us as a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead with energy, uphold safety excellence, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
