No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include managing the daily power plan and utility systems. Prioritize daily work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities. Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, air compressors, and supporting equipment. Maintain accurate operating logs in utility records. Perform routine inspections of water levels, pressure controls, combustion systems, and safety devices. Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Perform and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Schedule and track daily weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks.
