Spray Foam Foreman
  • Immediate Hire We are looking for an experienced and dependable Spray Foam Foreman to lead crews and oversee projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and manage spray foam installation crews Ensure OSHA requirements and company safety procedures are followed Complete and document pre

  • and post-job checklists Ensure the spray foam rig is fully operational and job-ready Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Oversee application quality and job-site productivity Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job-site needs Train crew members and maintain a professional work environment Communicate with customers, contractors, and management Complete required job documentation and production reports Requirements Spray foam insulation experience preferred Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Experience in related trades such as roofing, insulation, or construction is a plus Mechanically savvy with strong troubleshooting skills Strong understanding of OSHA and job-site safety Ability to lift 50+ pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability and experience driving and safely pulling a trailer Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Reliable transportation Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of the crew and equipment
