Siding Foreman Bring your hands‑on experience in seamless steel siding and your commitment to quality craftsmanship. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Love About This Role Sign‑on bonus available for qualified candidates Monday-Friday schedule with consistent, year‑round work Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and more) Clear pathways for advancement into sales or management Referral bonuses for installers and foremen What You'll Do Lead a crew of 2+ in installing seamless steel siding and other premium exterior products Coordinate daily tasks, adjusting for weather, materials, and staffing Manage crew schedules and timekeeping Delegate responsibilities to keep projects on track Communicate with the Scheduler and Production Manager on project status Maintain driving logs and uphold OSHA safety standards Use an iPad for documentation and reporting What You Bring 2+ years supervising siding crews Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills A safety‑first mindset Ability to use hand and power tools Valid, insurable driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card Western Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
