Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Department Supervisor to lead our assembly team while maintaining our high standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a hands on leader who enjoys mentoring employees, solving problems, and working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Job Description As the Assembly Department Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Assembly Department while leading a team of approximately 5-10 employees. Responsibilities include Supervise, coach, and develop assembly personnel Assign daily work orders and prioritize production schedules Monitor workflow to ensure production deadlines are met Maintain high standards of product quality and workmanship Perform final quality inspections as needed Train new employees and cross train existing team members Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings Coordinate production activities with Engineering, Shipping, and Plant Management Stage materials and organize upcoming production jobs Attend production meetings and provide department status updates Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organization Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Required Qualifications 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills Ability to read mechanical drawings or blueprints Proficiency using hand and power tools Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, and use of hand tools Bilingual (English|Spanish), Preferred but not required Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) with Employer Matching Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Please send resumes to Monique at mgerson@andoverpersonnel.com or call/text Monique at (978) 914-1790
