Assembly Supervisor Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Allendale, NJ Job Details Full-time Up to $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Robot & Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring quality standards, meeting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift, Monday-Friday Salary:
$80,000 annually Permanent Opportunity Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production employees, leads, and technicians. Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support production goals. Train, coach, and develop employees. Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report production metrics and KPIs. Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Experience leading teams of 25+ employees. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing environments. Lean Manufacturing experience preferred. ERP/MRP experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Technical training or college degree preferred.
