The Opportunity Golden Wolf Landscape & Design is looking for a strong Landscape Production Manager to lead field production across our maintenance, enhancement and landscape-installation operations. This role is for a leader who can manage through Crew Leaders — not someone who needs to personally perform every task. The Production Manager owns the planning, execution, quality and financial performance of field production and is responsible for making sure crews begin prepared, projects stay controlled and problems are identified before they reach the client. What You Will Own Production Planning & Readiness Plan upcoming field production across multiple crews and job sites. Confirm scope, labor, materials, equipment and priorities before work begins. Identify potential delays, conflicts and resource needs proactively. Crew Leadership & Performance Lead, coach and hold Crew Leaders accountable for production, quality and communication. Develop stronger field leaders rather than becoming the permanent additional crew member. Monitor field performance and correct issues early. Job Performance & Profitability Review estimated versus actual labor and material performance. Maintain accurate job-cost information and identify overruns while work is still active. Improve production methods and make corrective decisions based on actual data. Quality & Project Closeout Ensure work meets approved scope and company quality standards. Verify completed work before it is presented to the client as finished. Make sure deficiencies and punch-list items are assigned and closed promptly. Success in This Role Looks Like Crews begin work prepared Projects meet labor and material expectations Crew Leaders operate with increasing independence Quality problems are identified internally before clients discover them Jobs are properly closed out Routine field problems are solved without requiring Owner intervention What We Are Looking For 3+ years of landscape production, operations, project-management or field-leadership experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and active job sites Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices Ability to interpret scopes, plans, estimates and material requirements Experience managing labor efficiency and job profitability Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving ability Clear written and verbal communication Valid driver's license Aspire experience is highly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valuable but not required Why Golden Wolf? We are building a more structured, accountable and scalable production operation. This role has the opportunity to directly influence how work is planned, how Crew Leaders are developed, how job profitability is managed and how the company continues to grow. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and wants to build a production system — not simply react to the day's problems.
