We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our production team and oversee all aspects of manufacturing from engineering through final production. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-end custom millwork manufacturing facility. Coordinate production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for accuracy and manufacturability. Supervise production staff and maintain an efficient, organized workflow. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and installers to resolve production issues. Monitor quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Optimize production methods and continuously improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience managing a custom architectural millwork or cabinetry manufacturing facility. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision. Extensive experience interpreting architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of woodworking machinery, manufacturing processes, and production planning. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple high-end custom projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial millwork. Knowledge of CNC manufacturing and production optimization. Familiarity with premium wood veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, and architectural finishes.
