Eversys, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys SA, is positioning itself to become the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in North America. About the Opportunity Are you an experienced technical lead who thrives on the workshop floor? Eversys is seeking a hands-on Remanufacturing Foreman to drive daily production, technical excellence, and shop floor productivity in our Northvale, NJ facility. In this working supervisor role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians, optimize assembly line workflows, and maintain strict quality standards while fostering a supportive, safety-first culture.
What You'll Do Lead Floor Operations:
Direct daily and weekly component remanufacturing quotas, balancing technical execution with active team supervision to consistently meet production targets.
Optimize Workflows & Logistics:
Manage buffer stock, coordinate core intake pipelines, track inventory, and continuously adapt floor layouts to eliminate bottlenecks.
Ensure Technical Excellence:
Enforce strict quality control standards to achieve a 95%+ First Pass Yield (FPY), refine SOPs, and establish efficient diagnostic benchmarking protocols.
Mentor & Develop Technicians:
Assign daily work, cross-train technicians across modular components, provide targeted efficiency coaching, and promote high team morale.
Champion Safety:
Enforce high-pressure testing procedures, proper tool handling, and PPE compliance to target zero safety incidents on the workshop floor.
What You Bring Hands-On Remanufacturing Experience:
3 to 5+ years rebuilding complex electro-mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems (experience with modular components or precision commercial appliances preferred).
Leadership & Supervisory Skills:
2+ years in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role directing workshop staff and managing production schedules.
Data-Driven Focus:
Familiarity with tracking key performance metrics like First Pass Yield (FPY), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Inventory Turnover Rates (ITR).
Technical Foundation:
Degree, vocational certificate, or equivalent experience in Electro-Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance; OSHA 10/30 or Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus.
Core Competencies:
Strong diagnostic troubleshooting skills, clear communication, collaborative leadership, and the physical ability to maneuver shop floor equipment/components up to 50 lbs. Why Join Eversys?
