This role leads assembly line teams, enforces quality and safety standards, and ensures seamless communication across departments to support operational excellence. The Assembly Supervisor is also expected to deliver consistent, reliable performance in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Operations & Production Oversight Supervise daily assembly floor operations to meet production targets, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure all projects are executed according to production plans, work instructions, and customer specifications. Monitor production output and pace; identify delays and escalate issues promptly to the Production/GT team. Perform regular floor walkthroughs to confirm materials, tools, and workstations are properly set up and ready. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and adherence to project and customer requirements. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and coordinate Assembly Line Workers throughout the shift by assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and providing direction. Track attendance, breaks, and performance; report issues such as no-shows, tardiness, or misconduct. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve productivity, accuracy, and team performance. Communication & Reporting Communicate shift progress, risks, and completion status to leadership and cross-functional teams, including Fulfillment, Transportation, and QA. Prepare and send daily production reports to the GT team, including output, issues, and project status. Document shift notes detailing output, issues, corrective actions, and pending items for the next shift. Quality & Compliance Report quality issues, damaged products, or irregularities immediately to prevent rework and customer impact. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations. Safety & Workplace Standards Enforce safety policies and ensure all team members follow PPE and warehouse safety procedures at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper staging Qualifications Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, or other related fields. Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Knowledge of production tools and equipment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to direct and motivate teams effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Forklift experience Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices in production or warehouse settings. Experience tracking production output and preparing daily reports is a plus. Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
