REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years experience in a fast paced commercial or industrial setting Ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with people with disabilities Ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic tests of reading, math, data recording and inspection Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds unassisted on a regular basis Sufficient stamina and standing tolerance to stand and walk on a concrete floor for up to 90% of the work day

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Carry out assembly, collating, packaging, or other machine or benchwork tasks using defined methodology and production standards. Monitor quality of assigned jobs. Ensure that all material is properly handled, stored, counted, tagged and shipped. Train and supervise a group of consumers in evaluation, training or employment status on assigned jobs. Maintain accurate production counts and hours worked for consumers assigned.
