This role is for an experienced professional who can run a crew and deliver high-quality outdoor construction projects without needing constant oversight. In this role, you'll lead a crew through hardscape and masonry projects, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and site finishing, while operating heavy equipment including skid steers and excavators. You'll read blueprints and site plans, communicate daily with supervisors and clients, and make field decisions that keep projects on time and look exceptional while adhering to strict safety protocols. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Horizon has built its reputation on one well-executed project at a time, and we've been doing it for over 50 years.
