This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has the ability to motivate teams, oversee multiple production lines, and ensure high-quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the refurbishment and repair of apparel, footwear, accessories, textiles, or other consumer goods. Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required. This role plays a key part in delivering quality products and services while meeting production deadlines, customer expectations, and operational goals Duties Lead and supervise daily production operations across multiple production lines. Analyze and troubleshoot apparel, footwear, and consumer goods to identify cost-effective repair and refurbishment solutions. Develop and maintain daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Monitor production performance and ensure daily production goals are achieved. Train, coach, and motivate production team members while maintaining a positive work environment. Conduct regular production meetings to review performance, quality, and productivity. Ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the production process. Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain inventory and monitor workflow to maximize efficiency. Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and workplace compliance. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project completion. Be available to work additional hours when needed to support production demands.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel, footwear, manufacturing, refurbishing, or returns processing. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control. Experience with industrial sewing equipment, footwear repair equipment, presses, punches, or similar production machinery is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt to changing production priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Pay:

$60,000.00
