This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Las Vegas, NV office location a minimum of 5 days per week. Your Role In the Graphic Production Supervisor role, you have various responsibilities related to leading, instructing, and reporting on the staff responsible for physically constructing graphic items, project by project. Your primary responsibility is to lead and train your team effectively. You determine the necessary working hours for the graphics production staff to meet the workload demands. Additionally, you aim to minimize the outsourcing of graphics production work while training and improving your team's understanding and capabilities. Another aspect of your role is managing job timelines and deadlines. This involves working to have up-to-date status of active projects and maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders, both upstream and downstream, regarding department workload. To facilitate this, you manage, maintain, and update an internal schedules that can be easily shared with other production personnel. You serve as print and fabric finishing oversight along with being a subject matter expert in graphic production, including equipment operation and maintenance. In addition to these core responsibilities, you handle department time tracking and PTO management, organize and store files, provide training, engage in continual learning and research to enhance your skills, and tackle any additional tasks assigned by the Graphics Production Manager. Your Skills Communicate and work well with others to promote an efficient, timely, and production working environment. Ability to oversee and assist in the production of graphics through the graphics production team. Able to constructively review workflow and production issues with Operations management for potential process updates and improvements. Understand graphic production methodology, terminology, and effect. Organize, track, and document all production items to assure entire production workload for the department has been finished completely. Identify areas or methods that could be improved in the graphic production workflow. Be willing to hold impromptu meeting with your team to address issues. Define and set expectations for production quality as necessary. Work well in a deadline-driven and frequently stressful environment. Develops and communicates creative solutions that will help achieve desired results. Organizes, tracks, and documents all production items to assure entire production workload for the department has been finished completely. Identify areas or methods that could be improved in the graphic production workflow. Can manage regular department meetings within graphic production to keep the team current on project workload overall. Ability to define and set expectations for production quality as necessary. Works well in a deadline-driven and frequently stressful environment.

Graphic Production:
Properly allocate time and resources so that jobs are completed within a defined timeframe; within budget and managing all resources (Full-time and freelance) as effectively as possible. Establishing a reasonable timeline for completion when no concrete date is given. Your Experience Minimum of 3 years of industry related experience. Experience operating and maintaining large/grand format printing equipment. An ability to clearly communicate in a timely fashion both verbally and through written text. Competency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, or similar related graphic editors. Color theory and management experience. Travel, Schedule & Mobility Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours, to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to travel up to 5% Your Impact Your role will directly affect the efficiency, speed, and output quality of the graphic production team. Through your direction, supervision, and education; you will help to improve the understanding of graphic production, which will directly affect client satisfaction, but also the experience of other teams and individuals connected to the work, including Pre-Press Specialists, Graphic Project Managers, Graphic Producers, Graphic Support, logistics, and many others. Your efforts and decisions will also directly affect the bottom line of graphic production on the whole. By improving the speed, efficiency, productivity, and error rates of the print production or fabric finishing groups, you will directly affect the profitability of the department.Salary:
