Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Manufacturing - Shift Supervisor to lead our 12-hour overnight production team . In this key leadership role, you will oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an effective problem solver, and a leader who inspires teamwork while driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do - Lead, coach, and support production employees during the overnight shift to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards while promoting a strong culture of safety. Coordinate daily production activities, monitor workflow, and address operational challenges to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Conduct routine safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by developing team members, providing feedback, and promoting accountability. Responsible for employee relations and monitoring of performance. This includes conducting performance evaluations, participating in investigations, counselling and disciplining when necessary. What You Bring - Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, and production documentation. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Compensation & Benefits- Starting Pay - $26.00/hour All Night Shift Employees receive an additional 10% shift differential
