Position overview The Production Supervisor leads quarry and plant operations at the Skaneateles site, ensuring safe, efficient production while driving operational performance, equipment reliability, and team accountability in an aggregates environment. What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily quarry and plant production activities to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. Supervise and support production crews, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams, preferably in an aggregates, mining, quarry, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and related plant equipment. Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operations Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Work Environment This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
