Full Job Description Lawn Maintenance (Co)Foreman This specific position will have you assisting your primary foreman on larger properties that will require an operator with past-experience. This position is intended to be an opportunity to get paid a fair wage to come and learn how we service properties and get trained up to be a primary foreman with a laborer in the future, which will earn you an additional $1.50

50/hour more than the position you see listed here. We are looking for a crew member that has past experience operating stand-on and/or sit-down zero turns at a commercial level, and is looking to come on board a growing company with opportunities to grow and work into higher-paying positions, and potentially to a position that no longer requires you to be in the field. Expect to work 7 AM to 5/5:30 PM full-time (4 10-hour days) once you get settled in (overtime of 5-10+ hours available during busy seasons if desired, we ask that all 5 weekdays are open and available in case of rain-delays or no-shows). You will be working directly underneath an experienced foreman, and will spend time on equipment, learning how to properly operate the truck and trailer, and work on making sure the finer details of each property are kept up with

• some days on your route will require string-trimming and physically-demanding tasks to help assist your primary foreman.

Expect to be responsible for your punctuality, your equipment's condition, and the satisfaction of clients on your route. Drivers license and reliable transportation is a must. • Valid US driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
