With this long-standing and fully automated manufacturing site, Kerry offers world class quality products to a global market. Our products fill vital needs in a broad range of applications that are essential to everyday life including food preservation, antibiotic formulation, dialysis treatment, energy production and more. Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $63,600 - $95,400 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). What You'll Do To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to- Efficiently execute the production schedule.
- Develop and maintain efficient SOPs in collaboration with the site engineers.
- Develop and maintain qualified personnel within the plant production department.
- Communicate and enforce regulatory & Kerry standards within the plant.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage the plant production department within budget.
- Positive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme.
- Work in collaboration with HSE officer to ensure a safe working environment.
- Responsible for manufacturing product to specification.
- Responsible for minimizing losses.
- Ensure HSE programs are instituted and followed.
- Management through KPIs.
- Supervision of Operators. What You'll Need To Succeed Key competencies

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of leadership and team development, motivation, coaching and influential skills.
- Chemical plant operations experience a plus.
