Job Type:

Full-Time | On-Site | Afternoon-night or Overnight Shift Position Overview We are seeking reliable and experienced 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Supervisors to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. These roles are open due to internal advancements and are ideal for strong leaders who can stay focused through the evening or overnight shifts, solve problems in real time, and keep production running smoothly. Consistency, stamina, and accountability are essential. Key Responsibilities Oversee all production, housekeeping, and support department activities on 2nd or 3rd shift Ensure accurate documentation, collection, and distribution of required production paperwork Monitor and support equipment operation; stay late when necessary to troubleshoot issues Build team capabilities through ongoing training, communication, and fair leadership Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, company policies, and the union contract Address and resolve operational and personnel challenges in real-time Drive team performance to meet or exceed production, safety, cost, and quality goals Serve as the go-to resource for conflict resolution and team development Deliver daily shift updates to plant leadership and team members

Qualifications Education:

A minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred however steady work experience will also be considered.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in fast-paced manufacturing

Required Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-speed production environment Strong problem-solving, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Clear and professional verbal and written communication Proficient in basic computer applications and production-related systems Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed What We're Looking For These are critical leadership roles on 2nd and 3rd shifts — we need reliable employees who show up every day, stay alert and focused throughout the night, and take ownership when things go wrong.
