As the Production Foreman you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned production activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and according to company quality standards. In this position provides daily leadership to production employees, assigns and coordinates work, communicates production priorities, monitors safety and quality, addresses employee performance, solves production problems, and works closely with the Plant Manager, Quality Control, Maintenance, Scheduling, and other departments.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

Communicate production priorities, safety expectations, quality requirements, and staffing assignments. Assign employees to tasks based on skills, production equipment, and development opportunities. Monitor employee performance throughout the shift. Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback. Address performance and behavioral issues promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities listed on full job description Safety Leadership Lead by example and consistently follow all safety policies and procedures. Conduct or participate in safety discussions and topics. Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and take immediate corrective action. Ensure employees use required PPE and follow safe work practices. Report injuries, near misses, hazards, and safety concerns promptly. Work with Plant Manager to continuously improve safety performance. Production Leadership Review the daily production schedule and understand the priorities for the crew. Organize labor, materials, equipment, and work areas to meet production requirements. Additional responsibilities listed on full job description
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Previous Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead experience Previous precast, construction, manufacturing or related production experience. Previous experience with production scheduling Experience training and developing employees. Demonstrated ability to lead people. Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Preferred:
NPCA PQS
I or higher Crane Certification Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing and production environment with exposure to: Concrete dust, debris, and lubricants Standing, walking, climbing, bending, and stooping. Noise and vibration Hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions Moving machinery and heavy equipment Physical labor and repetitive motions Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
PAY RANGE
