Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead and support third-shift production teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, waste, and cost performance targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, eliminate waste, and enhance operational performance. Monitor production metrics and operating parameters, develop action plans to address performance gaps, and ensure timely follow-through on corrective actions. Provide coaching, training, and daily direction to employees while fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork. Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues, ensuring reliable operations and consistent product quality. Conduct routine floor presence and operational audits to identify opportunities for process improvements and sustain best practices. Ensure accurate shift documentation, production reporting, and communication during shift turnovers. Manage employee performance through regular feedback, recognition, coaching, and development planning. Support workforce scheduling, staffing needs, and timekeeping activities to ensure operational continuity. What You Bring You're a natural fit for Production Supervisor if you have: High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Willing to work 11:00PM- 7:00AM Monday
- Friday.
