This is a direct hire opportunity.

Duties:

As a hands-on Production Supervisor, you will oversee 20+ production associates and 3 team leads to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives are met. Track and Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Scoreboards. Increase the performance of production areas through training, troubleshooting, and ensuring 5S initiatives. Lead production meetings and discuss priorities. Complete reports for upper management.

Education & Skills:

BS or AAS degree and multiple years of experience as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment. Will consider numerous years of work experience in lieu of formal education. Excellent communication skills. Well-organized and focused on completing tasks. Basic machine operation and machine capability knowledge.
