Job Description

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a MIG Fabrication Foreman to join our team! Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking an experienced Foreman to work at our Tonawanda Processing Plant! This role is to oversee welders as they make, repair, and maintain carbon steel collection dumpsters, and perform leak tests on the welds. All work is MIG with 75/25 shielded gas running Miller 252's. This role will also have additional work as needed making additional parts, painting, shearing, cutting, and bending.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily tasks for welders and fabricators Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Enforce company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years MIG welding experience Must have a minimum of 5 years Foreman/Manager experience Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Hard working Reliable Drug free
Shift:
1st shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 2nd shift: Sunday to Thursday 4:00 pm to 1:00 am 3rd shift (part-time): Monday to Friday 1:00 am to 5:30 am
Pay:
$35.00/hr.
