Direct Hire Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking a Laser Turret / Punch Press Supervisor to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This is a working supervisor role , responsible for both operating equipment and supporting production oversight. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality parts while helping drive efficiency, safety, and team performance on the floor.

Pay Rate:

$25.00•$40.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Operate laser turret and/or punch press equipment to produce quality parts Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications Monitor production output against work order goals and timelines Support team performance and lead by example on the production floor Communicate issues, improvements, and safety concerns to management Identify and report equipment maintenance or repair needs Complete required inspections and production documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all QMS and safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating laser turret and/or punch press equipment required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to quality and safety Good communication and problem-solving skills
