Job Description
Assistant Production Supervisor Help Lead Production. Support the Team. Drive Results. We're seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working on the production floor, solving problems, developing employees, and helping a team succeed. What You'll Do Support daily production schedules and staffing needs Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams Help reduce downtime, scrap, and production interruptions Assist with troubleshooting, process improvements, and production startups Coach, train, and support production employees Monitor performance and promote a positive, team-oriented culture Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving efforts Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your leadership career and make an impact in a manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you. ??
