Qualifications and responsibilities for this Night Shift Production Supervisor position include: Minimum of seven years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience required Oversees all machines, employees, production, and quality within assigned second-shift departments Manages employee assignments for the entire second shift and enforces the employee handbook Maintains broad knowledge of machinery and assists operators with troubleshooting Helps ensure setups are completed promptly and reports maintenance issues to the Plant Manager daily Reassigns employees effectively to maintain productivity and runs or helps operate equipment when necessary Closes the plant and arms the alarm system when needed Moves parts using a tow motor
