$33/hr, temp; $70k/yr perm pay Job Description A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to work second shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities:

Have a vast knowledge of machinery including troubleshooting issues Oversee all machines, employees, assignments, production, and quality in departments working second shift Run or assist with running equipment to ensure setups are completed in a timely manner Report maintenance issues daily to plant manager Move employees effectively to ensure productivity and e nforce employee handbook Move parts by operating a toe motor Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have at least 5 years experience in light industry or machine tool industry Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing Must be able to make good decisions on which materials to use, how to solve problems, and if outside assistance is needed The ability to work in a high-pressure environment while multi-tasking is mandatory Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret company documents Must have effective communication skills Only candidates who successfully pass a background check and drug screening will be considered for this position.
