$54k•74k/yr + yearly bonus Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience working in a GMP regulated environment required Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, batch documentation, and compliance procedures Experience with ERP systems and production support operations including labeling, filling, and packaging Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Responsibilities Lead and maintain an active floor presence while supervising daily Production Support operations and workflow Oversee labeling, cartridge/container preparation, filling, packaging, and related production support activities to ensure quality and customer specifications are met Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while enforcing company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures Review batch tickets, troubleshoot production discrepancies, and support corrective and preventive actions as needed Coordinate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and resolve operational challenges Monitor adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits and documentation accuracy Identify opportunities for process improvements related to staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operational efficiency #
